Baby Bundle

A friend recently delivered her first child.  He arrived weighing nearly nine pounds.  May she be blessed with a healthy,  happy child.  I nearly created a card using the new Happy Whale Clearlits Die, but a new mother's emotions can be delicate.  Any mother would love this precious little card for her son.  Baby prints would be a great gift to give to that new mother so that she can start scrapbooking details of her new little wonder or stamp quick thank you cards for the thoughtful gifts she received.

All items used to create this card are exclusive products of Stampin' Up!
Stamps: Baby Prints, Short and Sweet
Colors: pool party, night quite navy, so saffron and whisper white
Punches: modern label and word window
Big Shot wth tasteful trim die

Love Matters

Many people think of February as a month filled with love.  Some like to purchase extravagant gifts for loved ones on Valentine's Day.  Our family's tradition for Valentine's includes getting a heart shaped pizza from a local place.  What is your tradition?

I traded this cardfront at the Stampin' Up! Minneapolis Minnesota Regionals in 2011.  With six layers of cardstock, it took some time to cut and assemble these.  The finished creating was worth the time.  The music notes wheel that I used to create the background can be found in the current 2012-2013 catalog.  The saying was part of a hostess exclusive stamp set and this color of ribbon has retired; however, you can still order this striped ribbon in other Stampin' Up! exclusive colors.
