Oh So Sweet!

Seeing a new couple in love makes me say "Oooooo so sweat."  Everything created with the Owl Builder punch seems to turn out so sweat, and this wedding card fits appropriately.  Another Stampin' Up! demonstrator inspired this layout, while I made a few customizations.

New Beginings

Two couples that I know will start this new year with new goals, a new married life together and a new little one on the way.  In celebration of their new adventures, you will see some wedding cards and baby cards during the next few weeks.

One of the wedding cards that I created includes
"The best Love Story is the one you write Together" from Stampin' Up!'s One In a Million stamp set.  The layers and texture in this card show up splendid in person while this picture does no justice.

The exclusive Stampin' Up! products used to create this card include:
Cardstock: wisteria wonder, whisper white and brushed silver
Stamps: One In A Million
Ink: wisteria wonder
Accessories: rhinestones, whisper white 3/8" taffeta ribbon, Big Shot, adorning accents edgelits, and the adorning accents embossing folders.

Daring Adventure

"Life is a either a Daring Adventure or Nothing" quoted from Helen Keller.  What adventures have you taken this new year?  While preparing for upcoming craft shows, my adventures have traveled into fabric crafting.  Wallets, coin purses, purses, table runners, and pin cushions conclude my fabric adventure plans.  Look for a posting of the projects that I sewed with Stampin' Up!s exclusive fabric Comfort Cafe.

This past summer, I participated in a card swap with a gray and yellow theme.  This color combination instantly challenged my creativity, but I am happy with my final creation.

The exclusive Stampin' Up! products used to create this card include:
Cardstock: Daffodil Delight, Basic Gray and Whisper White
Stamps: Daring Adventure
Ink: VersaMark
Accessories: Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder, Heat Tool and 1/8" taffeta ribbon in Daffodil Delight

I plan to give this card to every graduate along with a few friends that need some encouragement.  Doesn't everyone have a time in their life when they need to move forward.  Be brave and take that new adventure this year.
